Hiro, a sushi and modern Japanese izakaya restaurant, opened this month at 609 Eastgate Ave., as we reported back in June. The restaurant will serve lunch, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner, Monday through Thursday, 5 to 9: 30 p.m., until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and until 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
