Brad Beracha, owner of Miso on Meramec, has made major changes to The Underground Lounge, the lower level club space of the Clayton sushi restaurant. With the remodel nearly complete, Beracha gave us a sneak peek at the face-lift, designed by Jeff Orbin, restaurant designer and co-owner of Monarch and Herbie’s.
