space shuttle cafe Credit: flock food truck park and bar

Food truck season is upon us, and Alton’s Flock Food Truck Park and Bar at 210 Ridge St. is launching its season at 11 a.m. this Friday, April 12. The family-friendly venue opened in downtown Alton in 2022 as a fun place for locals to gather for great food, drinks and community.

Two new food trucks are joining the food truck park permanently, including Space Shuttle Cafe and Byrdies. Space Shuttle Cafe aims to offer something for the whole family with chicken fingers and a variety of dipping sauces. Byrdies has an assortment of wraps, salads and loaded fries with a focus on sourcing local ingredients from nearby farms.

There will also be guest trucks throughout the season, with Takozz on deck this Friday and Edley’s BBQ this Saturday. Click here for a full list of trucks.
