Try a complete meal of Buddha’s Delight from local purveyor Ozark Forest Mushrooms. This one-box meal, which serves two, contains dried mushrooms, spices and Asian noodles. Just rehydrate the mushrooms and spices and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Add the protein of your choice (say, maybe, leftover turkey) to the mix, as well as stir-fried broccoli, sugar snap peas or carrots.
