Right on the heels of Dave Bailey’s announcement that his new downtown restaurant will be a from-scratch slant on burgers and shakes, there’s news today that Steve Gontram, the former owner of Harvest who sold the restaurant to chef Nick Miller last summer, is also looking to get into the burger business.
