Former Franco chef Justin Keimon has landed behind the stoves at Ibby’s, a new restaurant on Washington University’s Danforth campus. Keimon oversees the blend of Continental and contemporary American cuisine offered at the eatery, which is open to both the dining public and, as part of the university’s food-service program, to students and faculty. Stop by 6465 Forsyth Blvd. for lunch or dinner; keep in mind, though, that the restaurant closes during university holidays, as it did for winter break. Ibby’s will reopen on Jan. 12.
