Fans of high-end chocolate will no doubt be flocking to 14882 Clayton Road in Chesterfield toward the end of the month. That’s when Rick Jordan expects to debut his RJ Chocolatier, a boutique chocolate shop. Jordan, who worked as a pastry chef at Villa Farotto in Chesterfield for six years, will be fashioning bon bons, crunches, chocolate-covered lollis and other choco-goodness from his “chocolate laboratory,” which customers can view through the glass window of the retail area.
The opening, originally anticipated for May, has been delayed until this month as Jordan awaits the arrival of packaging materials for his edible works of art. In the meantime, you can get your sugar fix by checking out the Jordan’s sweets on the RJ Chocolatier Facebook page.
