Plan B: The RFT’s Ian Froeb has broken the news that Gerard Craft has changed the plans he announced in September for his Niche restaurants, which involved moving Niche into the neighboring 12-seat space currently housing Taste by Niche and opening Porano, a Northern Italian restaurant, in Niche’s old spot. Instead, Niche will stay right where it is, and Craft will not open Porano; Taste by Niche, however, will move to the Central West End as planned. Read the details on Froeb’s Gut Check blog.
