Beer drinkers in West County, get ready: Circle 7 Ranch Taphouse and Grill is preparing to meet your beverage needs. The restaurant, slated to open in mid-September at 14412 Clayton Road in Ballwin, claims to offer Missouri’s only Personal Table Tap system. A draft beer dispensing system will be outfitted at nine of the restaurant’s tables, which, according to the Circle 7 Ranch Facebook page, will enable patrons to “pour their own draft beer and enjoy a no-wait standard of service. The amount of ice-cold beer dispensed from each table tap is recorded and displayed on an electronic meter embedded into the table, thus enabling both guests and wait staff to monitor consumption.” Patrons will be able to choose from three types of draft beer.
Need something of substance in your belly? According to the post, the food menu will feature “innovative twists on classic American fare.” In addition to 7-ounce grass-fed beef burgers, diners can expect to find sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts such as milkshakes, malts and apple pie.
Circle 7 Ranch is a project by Pete Ferretti and Buddy Coy, who have been involved in such projects as The Pepper Lounge, Mandarin, Lumen Event Space and other downtown venues, as reported by St. Louis Magazine’s George Mahe.
