Back in May, we told you about a new Italian eatery by chef Eric Winbigler, Crostini Restaurant and Lounge, that will be located at 4501 Manchester Ave., in The Grove in the space formerly occupied by Mia Rosa. Originally, the restaurant was slated to open by August 1. Today, Winbigler told The Scoop that opening day for Crostini is now scheduled for Tuesday, September 6. The restaurant’s hours of operation will be Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m to 10 p.m., and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
