Drunken Fish owner Munsok So has expanded his restaurant empire with a new addition: Ice Kitchen, a vodka bar/tapas restaurant that’s now open for lunch and dinner in Westport Plaza. Chef Michael Padilla has taken a fusion approach to the tapas side of things, with Latin American, American, Mediterranean and Asian flavors represented among both the small plates and entrées. The vodka bar promises an “extensive martini and vodka catalog,” an ice-topped bar and martini flights.
