La Sala Mexican Bar & Grill has a new owner and a new name. Last week, Miguel Juarez formally took over the space at 5641 S. Kingshighway Blvd., in south St. Louis, and he has changed the eatery’s name to La Parranda Mexican Grill and Cantina. Juarez and his crew serve up made-to-order tacos, tortas, burritos, fajitas and other south-of-the-border classics Monday through Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and until 10 p.m., Thursday through Saturday. Sunday hours may be added depending on the success of a trial run this Sunday.
