Cork Wine Bar is now open at 423 S. Florissant Road in Ferguson. The new spot carries about 100 wines, with 25 available by the glass. If you’re not all that into wine, Cork does have a list of signature martinis as well as some interesting beers. A “small plate” menu features wine-friendly food like hummus, various types of cheese, mushroom ravioli drizzled with truffle oil, shrimp with chiles and garlic, or fondue with fingerling potatoes and apples. On the dessert side, look for pastries and truffles from neighbor Cose Dolci Bakery.
