Just last week, The Scoop reported that Olive Oils & More had opened doors at its new location in downtown Edwardsville, Ill. Owner Mary Burke is barely standing still long enough to pour samples of premium extra-virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, however, for she just signed the dotted line on the lease at 105 E. Argonne Drive, in Kirkwood. Look for the second Olive Oils & More location, in the space formerly occupied by Craft Caboose, to open on May 1.
