McCormick & Schmick’s will soon bring its vast selection of fresh seafood to West County. The upscale chain, known for changing its menu twice a day based on the seafood deliveries, will open its first St. Louis location at West County Center in late February. The menu, which will also feature steaks, poultry, salads and pasta, will be overseen by chef Rex Hale.
