The rumor mill is abuzz with word that Stella Blues Restaurant and Bar has shuttered, and it’s not looking good: Calls to the Tower Grove restaurant currently result in a “not a working number” message, and the RFT is reporting that the neighborhood’s Twitter account says the news is true.
