Talk about a seamless transition: Longstreet Grill, located off Long Road in Chesterfield Valley, closed on Wednesday, June 29. The very next day, the new owners reopened the venue as The Hangar Grill. Named for its proximity to Spirit of St. Louis Airport, The Hangar Grill, located at 127 Chesterfield Towne Centre, is a new venture for owners Danny Catlett (a former partner at Harpo’s in Chesterfield) as well as Steve Spellman and Bob Chitwood. The restaurant serves up American bar and grill fare daily from 11 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., and offers a late-night menu from 11 p.m. to close. Though the restaurant’s website, thehangargrill.com, doesn’t seem to be up and running just yet, you can check out the new venue on Facebook here.
