This week on The Sauce podcast, executive editor Meera Nagarajan and managing editor Liz Wolfson discuss the new Katie’s Pizza & Osteria in Ballpark Village. The menu at the new spot is mostly the same as the other locations in Town & Country and Rock Hill except for the new secondi section, which features large plates like a Florentine-style rib-eye and a whole branzino.
They also discuss Marsh‘s buffet, which offers nutrient-dense dishes that are sold by weight. The Marsh is a nonprofit sliding scale grocery store that aims to offer affordable food that is accessible, sustainable and that operates by principles of environmental justice.
