Some of our favorite scoops at Clementine’s Ice Cream are the ones that don’t stick around for long. The local ice cream maker has built a reputation for dreaming up creative limited-edition collections throughout the year and its International Travel Collection available through August might be one of the most transportive yet.

The standout is Crème Brûlée, a silky French vanilla custard ice cream finished with ribbons of crunchy caramelized sugar that captures the magic of the Parisian café classic. Right behind it is Om Ali, a dairy-free nod to Egypt’s beloved bread pudding, folding date syrup-soaked golden raisins and walnuts into warmly spiced coconut ice cream. Mango Lassi delivers exactly what you’d hope for, balancing ripe mango with a creamy yogurt base for a bright, refreshing scoop, while Brigadeiro channels Brazil’s iconic chocolate confection with fudge swirls and plenty of chocolate sprinkles. Since our first taste of the collection, Clementine’s has rounded out the lineup with the decadent Dubai Chocolate and the bright, balanced Matcha Lemon Curd, both available while supplies last.

If you needed another excuse to make an ice cream run this month, this is it. Like Clementine’s seasonal collections before it, these globe-trotting flavors won’t be around for long, making August the perfect time to take your taste buds on vacation without ever leaving St. Louis.
