Homegrown roast beef chain Lion’s Choice has always been great in our books. (We even recently included it on a roundup of the best places locally to get an Italian beef.) But now we have some solid proof.
Last week, USA Today included the St. Louis brand on its list of 10 Best Regional Fast Food Restaurants in America. It placed in fifth, beating out cultural heavy hitters such as In-N-Out and Whataburger.
Though Lion’s Choice exact ranking was determined by voters, a panel of USA Today experts compiled the overall list of contenders. Then, Lion’s Choice fans did the rest.
The result is something to celebrate. May we suggest a classic famous roast beef and a custard cone?
