Has VegaDeli decided to conquer the world? One might be tempted to suspect that, based on all of the vegan café’s latest activity. First, its Chesterfield location has extended its weekend hours (7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday). Then, before New Year’s, VegaDeli intends to open three additions: a grab-n-go kiosk inside the Source Unlimited bookstore at 11044 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur (Dec. 17); a site in HammerBodies Custom Fitness at 2121 Hammer Dr. in Maryland Heights (Dec. 21); and another kiosk in the St. Louis Kollel at 8200 Delmar Blvd. in University City (Dec. 22). Finally, the grand opening of a fourth outpost inside Everlasting Life Natural Foods at 13076 New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant is coming in early January. Not bad for a four-week stretch.
