Sometimes we overlook paramount Eat This candidates because they seem too obvious. Judging by the lines, St. Louis already knows to trust its best bread bakery to make the best pizza. But we still need to say it: Union Loafers’ Classic pizza, made with just tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and olive oil, is an edible ideal. The crust is incredibly flavorful; the toppings are calibrated to pizza perfection. It’s what the Sauce team orders every time we have to work late.
