A Saucy congrats to Jack MacMurray III, head chef at Sage Urban American Grill, who was crowned Master Chef 2010 at this year’s Taste of St. Louis festival. A second congrats to Pi Pizzeria’s John Nall who won the first-ever Taste of St. Louis Pizza Games. Instead of tasting which local pizzeria served the tastiest slice, judges took out their stop watches and measuring tape to see these masters do what they do best – make pizza. Nall won thanks to his longest pizza stretch (32 inches), fastest pizza toss (28 seconds) and longest dough spin (90 seconds).
Cheers!
