• In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to 208 degrees, just below boiling point.
• Steep 2 orange pekoe tea bags in the water for 5 minutes. Discard the bags.
• In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
• Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Add the blueberry liquid to the tea. Bring to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
• Strain the berries through a sieve lined with a coffee filter into a pitcher. Serve over ice.
