• Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling in a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

• Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling and add the garnish.

1 oz. Cabana Cachaça
¾ oz. Aperol
½ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
¼ oz. maple syrup
Chandon Brut Classic (or another sparkling wine) for topping
Orange twist for garnish
