INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. pork fat
2 cups pulled pork (without onions) (recipe here)
1 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. chile powder
Pinch of kosher salt
Grilled corn tortillas, for serving
Salsa, avocado and fresh cilantro, for garnish
PREPARATION
Heat the pork fat in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pulled pork with the cumin, chile powder and salt until browned and crispy, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.
Serve in grilled corn tortillas with salsa, avocado and fresh cilantro.
