A shot of Jameson. A rum and Coke. A Negroni: Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Simple sippers can be great, but so can a fizz recipe that calls for nine elements – 10 if you count the ice. Don't let the long ingredients list scare you; this frothy drink is easy to make.
Place all of the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker. Do not add ice. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake another 45 to 60 seconds until the contents become cold and frothy. Strain into a Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda.
