INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup toasted pecans
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. orange zest, freshly grated
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, mix together the toasted pecans, macadamia nuts, dried cranberries and orange zest.
Place the semisweet chocolate chips in a glass bowl and microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour the melted chocolate over the fruit and nut mixture and stir until coated. Drop by the tablespoonful onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Place the white chocolate chips in a separate glass bowl and microwave on high 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Use a fork to drizzle the melted white chocolate over the clusters.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or freeze 10 minutes, until chocolate is set.
