INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup toasted pecans
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. orange zest, freshly grated
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

PREPARATION

• In a medium bowl, mix together the toasted pecans, macadamia nuts, dried cranberries and orange zest. 

• Place the semisweet chocolate chips in a glass bowl and microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour the melted chocolate over the fruit and nut mixture and stir until coated. Drop by the tablespoonful onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. 

• Place the white chocolate chips in a separate glass bowl and microwave on high 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Use a fork to drizzle the melted white chocolate over the clusters. 

• Refrigerate 30 minutes or freeze 10 minutes, until chocolate is set.
