This one is easy to make and very well balanced, making it the perfect hostess drink come party time. The subtle sweetness of pear liqueur mingled with the cava’s subtly fruity, dry bubbles will leave your guests wondering what your secret is – and if they can have seconds.

• Pour the cava into a 6-ounce champagne glass.

• Add the pear liqueur to the glass.

• Garnish with the pear slice.

4 oz. Marques de Gelida cava
1 oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur
1 fresh pear slice, sliced thin
