Half-salt a highball glass and fill it with ice.**
Combine the ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into the glass.
*Simmer 1 part water and 1 part sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
**Run a lime wedge along the outside edge of the glass and roll it halfway around in kosher salt.
