INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Del Maguey Vida mezcal*
Juice of ½ a lime
Pinch of salt
3 to 4 oz. grapefruit soda, such as Mexican Squirt
PREPARATION
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the mezcal, lime juice and salt. Top with the soda. Give it a quick stir to incorporate ingredients. Use the squeezed lime shell as a garnish.
