INGREDIENTS

1 pineapple
Quality molasses (such as Sweeteners Organic Molasses*)
Zest of 1 lime

PREPARATION

• Cut the pineapple in half and core it. Slice each half down the middle lengthwise, just until you reach the shell without puncturing it. Then, cut the pineapple crosswise 10 to 12 times, creating bite-sized chunks. Leave the slices inside the shell.

• Drizzle molasses over each half to taste.

• Sprinkle each half with half of the lime zest.

• Serve with a fork.
