Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all the spread ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread the mixture onto a flatbread along with an appropriate amount of smoked salmon. Top with Fontina cheese and bake till flatbread is crisp and cheese is browned.
Fry the egg over easy and garnish the flatbread with it.
