• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

• Combine all the spread ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

• Spread the mixture onto a flatbread along with an appropriate amount of smoked salmon. Top with Fontina cheese and bake till flatbread is crisp and cheese is browned.

• Fry the egg over easy and garnish the flatbread with it.

For the spread:
1 Tbsp. capers
3 Tbsp. cornichons, cut into small dice
1/3 cup red onion, cut into small dice
3 cups sour cream
1 tsp. granulated garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

For topping:
Smoked salmon
Fontina cheese
5 to 7 eggs
