INGREDIENTS
1 piece candied ginger
3 dashes grapefruit bitters
½ oz. Velvet Falernum
Champagne or sparkling wine
PREPARATION
Coat the candied ginger with the bitters and drop it into a Champagne flute.
Add the Velvet Falernum, then top with the Champagne.
