INGREDIENTS

2 oz. dark rum
1½ oz. Vanille Royale
3 dollops of banana purée Chocolate syrup to taste
Whipped cream
Strawberry slices for garnish

PREPARATION

• Mix the rum, Vanille Royale, banana purée and chocolate syrup in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Be patient while pouring as the drink will pour slowly.

• Top with whipped cream and garnish with the strawberry slices.
