Whiskey isn’t the only seasonal spirit that can take the autumn chill down a notch. Case in point: the Apple Brandy Jeans & Boots with Ginger cocktail on the fall list at The Lucky Accomplice. The drink is a collab between beverage director Corey Moszer and front-of-house manager Bren Prindable featuring Switchgrass Spirits Apple Brandy, Big O Ginger Liqueur, Amaro Nonino, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and cherry bark-vanilla bitters.
“We were looking for something to transition into the fall menu,” Moszer said. “It’s sort of a hodgepodge of some things we love.”
The result is at once elegant and rustic with plenty of comforting complexity, perfect for the holiday table or even the backyard fire pit.
