Maple syrup is an overlooked cocktail secret. A worthy replacement for sugar or other sweeteners, it’s one of our favorite ingredients this time of year, instantly imparting an autumnal tone to any cocktail. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Syrup ain’t just for breakfast anymore.
