Egg’s brioche French toast is topped with house-made compote and mascarpone.
The burger at Egg is topped with greens, bacon and shredded cheddar.
The mollette can be topped with a variety of ingredients, including cheese, beans and salsa verde.
New menu items include a variety of tortas with fillings including carnitas.
Many Egg favorites are available at the new spot, including cornbread Benedicts.
The bar area features eight taps from Bastard Brothers Brewing.
Seating options range from banquettes to tables, many up-cycled from recently closed area restaurants.
The eclectically appointed interior seats approximately 80.
Egg favorite The Italian Greyhound—grapefruit juice and cava—will be available at the new location.
