The second location of The Blue Duck opens Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 2661 Sutton Ave., in Maplewood.
The new Blue Duck features 125 seats, including the bar.
Starters include roasted fingerling potatoes covered in bacon, garlic, goat cheese crumbles, walnuts and sorghum molasses.
Entrees include seared scallops served with bloody mary-braised bacon, grilled artichoke and jalapeno gremolata atop a celery root puree.
Fans of the original Blue Duck will recognize the DLT – cured and smoked duck breast, lettuce, tomato with a fried egg and honey-chipotle mayo on sourdough bread.
Co-owner and pastry chef Karmen Rayburn creates house desserts like opera cake with coffee ice cream.
