Single-serve pizza options include specialties like the Postrio, an homage to chef Wolfgang Puck, which features barbecue chicken with Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce, mozzarella, smoked gouda and cilantro.
The 1,600-square-foot space seats 45 and features hand-painted art by local artist Phil Jarvis.
The Sweet Heat pizza is topped with spicy sausage, sweet peppers and locally made Sriracha Grenada.
Traditional pizza offerings include the Margarita Pie with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and plenty of basil.
