Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape into balls.
Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
* Prepackaged Parmesan cheese can sometimes contain bulking agents, which oftentimes are flour based. Real Parmesan does not have this added ingredient.
