• Add the first 6 ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
• Strain into a Champagne flute.
• Top with a splash of Champagne and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

2 oz. Hendricks gin
½ oz. agave nectar
½ oz. velvet falernum
¼ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
3 drops Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate*
Rose Champagne (or brut Champagne)
Grapefruit twist
