Mambo Siciliano While The Hill Boy and Meatball sandwiches are the most famous at Adriana’s, it’s the zesty Mambo Siciliano that keeps us coming back for more of this hometown darling. Layer after layer of ham and Cappicola give the perfect base for a hefty helping of salty, vinegary Italian-American relish. Complete with a slice of pepper cheese and plenty of spicy Pepperoncini all on a classic Italian hoagie bun, this sandwich leaves you with just the right amount of kick – and a perfect little (alright, big) taste of The Hill.
