Caramelized Apples (recipe here) Caramel Apple Purée (recipe here) Spiced Walnuts (recipe here) Foie Gras Ice Cream (recipe here)PREPARATION
Place a streak of Caramel Apple Purée on a plate. (The purée can be served hot or cold.) Place half of 1 hot Caramelized Apple over the purée. Add a generous amount of the Spiced Walnuts and place a scoop of Foie Gras Ice Cream off to the side. Repeat with the other 9 plates.
Serve immediately.
