Highland Arts Council Presents: Scarecrow Search ArtWalk

The Scarecrow Search ArtWalk will lead your team on an adventure through our community, following the Highland’s ArtWalk. The object of the game is to visit each of the pieces of artwork on the list identified by a scarecrow and snap a picture of your group with the artwork. After visiting the artwork, you will Instant Message (IM) all of your photos to Highland Arts Council on Facebook. The committee will assign points for each photo to determine the winners of two prizes. The team with the most likes on Facebook will receive the People’s Choice Prize.

Registration will be at the entrance to Highland’s beautiful Lindendale Park (the corner of Park Hill Drive and Lindenthal Ave.), the usual site of Art in the Park, on Saturday, October 10, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Teams can play from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. which is the deadline for photo submissions. A list of 21 pieces of art in 11 locations and an ArtWalk brochure will be handed out at registration.

The cost is $20 per carload.
