Saint Louis University and Third Wheel Brewing present “Beer Ingredients and Sensory Evaluation – A Guided Tasting”
Saint Louis University's Brewing Science and Operations Program is partnering with Third Wheel Brewing for an open house and guided tasting event led by faculty member, head brewer and certified Cicerone Abbey Spencer. This 21+ event will include beer samples as a guide to understanding how ingredients give rise to unique beer styles and flavors. The event is open to all but registration is required.
