Ingredients
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let rest 20 minutes until the cucumber releases its juices.
• Remove the cucumber slices with a slotted spoon; discard the remaining liquid.
