There’s a rich spirit of adventure at Frazer’s where the bread pudding is made from whatever leftover bread’s in the kitchen that day. On a recent night, the risk paid off. Focaccia served as a worthy backdrop for the cream, nuggets of white and milk chocolate, and whiskey sauce that blended into a mouthwatering mélange of sweetness, boozy comfort and warm, moist, thoroughly transformed bread.
