St. Louis restaurants hold fundraising efforts for Ukraine
As Ukraine defends itself from continued Russian invasion, businesses across the U.S. are searching for ways to help. A number of local restaurants have announced initiatives to send money. This list will continue being updated as more fundraisers pop up, so feel free to email pr@saucemagazine.com if you have an event to share.
On Friday, March 11, and Saturday, March 12, Knead Bakehouse + Provisions is donating proceeds from sales and donations to World Central Kitchen.
The Lucky Accomplice will donate a portion of sales through the end of March. Organizations on the receiving end include World Central Kitchen and The International Rescue Committee.
The Fountain on Locust created a cocktail called That Drink We Made for Ukraine; through April 15, half of the proceeds from the drink will go to World Central Kitchen.
A union of University City restaurants is donating 10% of their proceeds to World Central Kitchen through March 14 including American Falafel, Blueberry Hill, Colleen’s, Fitz’s, Frank & Helen’s, Krueger’s Bar, Meshuggah Cafe, Seoul Taco (Delmar location) Three Kings Pub (Delmar location), The Banh Mi Shop and Winslow’s Table.
