We are celebrating all things beef, as we offer regional interpretations on classic recipes from six different cities throughout the country on what has become recognized as Man's Valentine's Day.

3rd Course - New Orleans ~ Creole Oxtail Soup - Minor Case Rye/Federalist Zinfandel
